Megan and Vincent loved my rustic wedding sampler kit and opted to customize it into their own, personalized invitation suite. Their wedding was in October in Chicago at a very open, airy venue. Our aim was to match the wooden details of the venue's ceiling so we chose a wood-grain backing to the invitation suite. This made the invitation thicker, which elevated the feel of the invitation itself. Megan also opted for custom calligraphy on each invitation to add a very custom feel for their guests. We also opted for a reply card with ripped edges, adding an intentional and handmade touch. The sneak peek the monogram at the top really is showcased when unveiling the invitation. The simple twine bow keeps everything together and neat inside the burgundy envelope. We opted for white ink to achieve a crisp and clean look. I also love the vintage postage featured here, adding an element of "old" to the outside.
